Exciting News: Andrew Martin – Planning Limited Moves to The Plaza, Great Notley
We are thrilled to announce that Andrew Martin – Planning Limited has officially moved into our new, modern office at The Plaza in Great Notley! This is within the New Horizon 120 business park, which is an extension to Great Notley Garden Village. Our move here reflects the legacy of AM-P and its origins in the former Andrew Martin Associates (AMA). AMA led the planning and masterplanning for Countryside Properties in the mid-1980’s and 1990’s to create the established and successful Garden Community, which achieved national recognition as a model for quality place-making.
This is an exciting milestone for our team, and we are delighted to be able to share this news with our clients, partners, and network.
The Plaza offers a perfect blend of cutting-edge technology and sustainability, aligning perfectly with our company values. Our new office features the latest in hi-tech facilities, ensuring our team has access to the best tools and resources to support our clients.
