Following site promotion through the local plan review and a planning appeal, planning permission was secured for a consortium of landowners for a significant mixed use development on a 21 ha site on the western edge of Witham. The Practice assumed the role of overall project co-ordinator and also prepared a master plan and landscape strategy.
